I have my pre-order confirmation email but no pre order code....

Hi,

Yesterday, I pre-ordered the physical copy of CE on Square Enix NA website.

I have received the email with the confirmation of my pre-order and I can see it in my account -> My orders.

But I see no code.

The only "code" there is is the order number and that's it.

I looked in my account on the square enix store theres no code either. and there is nothing in my emails. (junks, or any other sections).

When i go on the page to redeem my code. I can see the format of the code so i'm absolutely certain I have nothing that looks like that.

I emailed the store support page but I bet i'm not the only one who emailed them so it might take a while to have an answer. So I thought I could post here so you guys could help? or maybe a community rep could help?

Based on threads they seem be be having a rather large amount of "code already used" type errors, so it may be that they are working on that algorithm or whatever is used to create those codes before resuming to send them out.

I haven't received mine either

maybe. but I was able to order my copy really early yesterday so i think my code could have been issued before that problem happened.

If you go into the "My Profile" section on the store and click FFXIV Codes could it be in there?
