I have my pre-order confirmation email but no pre order code....

I pre-ordered the physical CE and got a confirmation email without the code and now my order appears to have been removed from my order history so I have no idea if I really pre-ordered or not :/

My credit card got the test $0.50 charge on it though so I have no clue what is going on and I have heard nothing from support.

I probably shouldn't have even bothered.

I think somewhere said something that they ain't taking money until june? Like 10 days before release, I could be wrong but that's the impression I've got.

Just got emailed my early access code but no pre-order code. Email says I'll be getting the pre-order bonuses. All so confusing that it's handled differently in different region.. This could had been made so much easier by being consistent

I got the early access code but no pre-order code...Unless you are only meant to get a early access code?

Isn't that the same thing? Since you can't get an early access without pre-ordering.

It seems to me that the EU store handles it differently than the NA store. if someone from the Community Team is around that confirmed this, please reply so we can get some peace of mind~
I guess with the EU store it skips the part with the pre-order code since the store account links with the SE account thingy, you get what I mean, since in the mail it says; Thank you for preordering, bla bla, you are entitled to following preordering items etc. And it is listed as one of my registered games under my profile on the EU Store.

The Square Enix European store sends out the early access/bonus item code directly.
The North American Square Enix online store sends a pre-order code with instructions to redeem it for the platform of your choice on the pre-order website. (Most retailers in NA will follow this method as well, so we wanted to make it as consistent as possible.)

As a side note, it can be confusing discussing issues here on the English forum since we're all kind of in this one spot regardless of what country/region we're in. So we'll try and always be clear about how we're addressing NA-specific, or EU-specific, concerns in these types of threads.

Well I can't relax yet no code in the email.Do players like me that order only the normal download edition get in to the early access? or I have to cancel my order and get CE download edition?

It looks different when you order from the EU site.

Anyway as an update for everyone I got my early access code an hour ago in a separate email, this was around about 4 or 5 hours after ordering the product.
