We're just awaiting a response from our suppliers regarding this, but it's definitely looking hopeful.

Also, this is good news for both Australia and New Zealand since we share a region, and we ship to both regions :P

well my partner is manager at eb games in australia and just rang me after looking into it for me n said

eb games arent gonna be stocking it at this stage its going to be a digital only release via PSN so guess we miss out on the statue :P

With the complete lack of information 16 hours prior to release and with the Japan store already selling out of the Collector's Edition, it looks like those of us who are trapped in Australia and want to get in on the action will have the privilege of waking up at 4am to purchase a pre-order from the European store.

Then we will be subjected to paying shipping and customs fees in addition to currency conversion fees while we wait 10 weeks for delivery.

How fast did the Japan store sell out of the CE how many hours we talking?

More than likely only a couple hours max (optimistically speaking) more than likely 30 minutes (realistically speaking).

I just contacted EB Games Australia's head office and was informed that their sales team is getting in contact with their vendors regarding this and should have some information available in the next couple of days.

Yeah, I just literally got off the phone to EB Games as well, and the clerk I spoke to stated that as SE has just announced the release date it can take a few days before it actually appears in EB Games's release schedule, and to check in a couple of more days. Either way, don't be discouraged yet! SE has stated it is coming to Australia - how much more proof do you need?

Yeah I just got off the phone from EB too and still not in their system. My concern is that if we only check back every coupld of days as advised it may sell out here too and then we'll have missed it >_<

I wish they had some sort of email/SMS alert system that we could sign up for to find out the moment something's added to their systems.

Instead I'm just refreshing the store page every half hour and my email every 15 mins in case they send out a promotional email about it.

I have a feeling EB games is going to run off the GameStop clock (since they own EB), meaning it will update 2AM Central Time (Midnight PDT). At least when I worked there that was when the servers all polled and updated with the next days information.
