I think you forgot the one that seems to come across the strongest to me.

4) People who want to be able to get something for nothing, i.e. "I don't want to have to pay for the game I'm playing."

Ex:

Nah, but I see where your going, I just think category 2) covers him as well.

I don't believe he wants something for nothing, I believe he wants a F2P financial model where he can buy his way to the top of the game with cash, he wants advantage.

I have seen/heard people complain about $13.00 per month sub fees who will then spend 10x that amount every 3-4 months on every shiny/advantage in the next cash shop update, it's ludicrous.

They either suck at math which I don't buy because everyone has a calculator on their I-phone or whatever their packing around today, or its just lies, I lean toward the latter.

They then call you noob, scrub or whatever because you don't have the capital to do so, or call you conceited because your just not stupid enough to buy all that shit, while most likely sucking far harder at the game than you do because you had to get there the hard way, again ludicrous.

As I said before, a lot of gamers simply approach gaming with this philosophy now, and they are most likely not a minority anymore.

I personally don't consider them "gamers", they just create more lag.
