If you can't see the fun, don't spoil for the ones who do. Go turn off player effects or go somewhere else. Geez...
If you're following someone around spamming spells to annoy someone, your "fun" doesn't trump the other person's right to not be harassed.

If blacklist were changed to also stop animations and sounds on the target, you still get to have your "fun", and the other people can still be in the area without being assaulted by spell spam sound and animations. I don't see why a person would be against this.
