Bard Points Allocation - Isn;t it DEX?

I 've never meet any Bard at higher level that uses Hawks eye. But I guess WE're ALL wrong .

This was still a lie, because I guarantee you've met plenty of Bards at "higher level" that use Hawks Eye.

Hell, you've met plenty of this just in this thread. But you've played with them too if you ever run WoD or Ex Primals in PF. I gaurantee it. The vast majority of Bards are not too dumb to know what Hawks Eye does or why its useful.

So no, they werent "ALL wrong". Just you.
