Bard Points Allocation - Isn;t it DEX?

I 've never meet any Bard at higher level that uses Hawks eye. But I guess WE're ALL wrong .

Hell, you've met plenty of this just in this thread. But you've played with them too if you ever run WoD or Ex Primals in PF. I gaurantee it. The vast majority of Bards are not too dumb to know what Hawks Eye does or why its useful.

No. The statement you made was patently false. That DOES matter.

You can't just make a claim like "nobody i know even uses Hawks Eye" and then say "well I dont see it on my screen so all my false claims dont matter." It doesnt work that way.

The reason it doesn't matter to the little kid is because things like this ONLY matter to team players. We are team players. That kid isn't. He plays solo only. When he uses the DF, whatever team is unfortunate enough to pick him up gets to carry him because he refuses to use any buffs (sorry, this isn't just about "Hawk's Eye" - if he doesn't use one buff, chances are he doesn't use any). Only team players use their resources in order to benefit the team.
