If you want to talk about adding to the conversation then your comment was actually harmful to OP who wants to improve his dps (assuming op doesn't read the tooltip after your comment).

Accuracy cap for t13 is 535, anything more is a waste of substats currently (unless you can't acquire crafted/dreadwyrm gear).

I play bard once in a blue moon and I will gladly keep that Hawk's Eye up.

I 've never meet any Bard at higher level that uses Hawks eye. But I guess WE're ALL wrong . I'm just going away my thoughts/opinions don't count or matter here.

PS: accuracy by 20% is part of the skill too by the way. If you need the 15% dex, buff you might be undergeared for you doing. Check your gear.

Dont forget, thats almost 100 dex in some cases. 100 dex, every 90 seconds pop that with a dex pot... thats the best 15 seconds of your life

Not really wrong, just LAGGY. After running some tests, I found out I was very laggy. "I was wrong," this skill does work but I can't see it due to my laggy setup. Going to a friends house solved the issue and proved me wrong. Dropping this. "All trolls were BLACKLISTED"

Ps: I still dont use Hawks eye or have it on my bar, the half of a percent increase isn't worth "MY" time. And no one can ARGUE that.
I wish, I could blacklist some peolpe twice.

Soooo, with so much lag that you can't tell what cooldowns do, you consider yourself High end? Man, is this the epic conclusion to this series? I treated this like a weekly manga.
