We start with a DEX value of 613.

Hawk's Eye adds 15% DEX.

15% of 613 (613 * 0.15) = 91.95

91.95 + 613 = 704.95

The game truncates the remainder so we end up with ...

*beep* *beep* *boop* (tabulating results)
