    Now I may be wrong but I myself was told that the playstation does not run off DirectX they have something else. So seeing as SE has said nothing about a counterpart for the PS4 I would go under the assumption that PS4 will not be getting it. I could be terrible wrong though just what I heard is all. Also it is an entirely new client, I believe you will need to re-download the entire game on the DX11 PC users as well.

    Again I could be wrong, just the stuff I heard combined with my "small" amount of understanding on the matter.
