    There is literally nothing to see until you hit FCOB though. If you've seen t1-t4 cut scenes then you've generally known what's gonna happen from t5 to t11, cutscenes that don't tell you much. They literally barfed everything out at t12. If you want to see everything you're gonna have to be able to do FCOB and potentially beat t13 too. I'm still working on t13 but eh, I doubt it'll tell me anything much.

    If you see it this way, then you didn't understood it. The scenes from T1-11 show you the pieces of the puzzle one by one and T12 is connecting them to each other.

    Nope. The t5 clear cutscene shows something 'shocking' but it is minor and if you've followed everything properly from the msq, you would realize that what you saw was not strange or 'puzzling' at all. Then you get nothing interesting until you beat t9 which only confirms yet again what the msq has been telling you how a certain aspect of the world works which ends up being irrelevant to the overall 'story line' and only kinda matters to people who have played 1.x. Then the t12 start (or t11 clear) implied a plot twist which was quickly resolved once you beat t12. t13 start seem to have no more loose ends and just pushes to you that this is the final fight that ends this side story.

    Hildibrand has more of a 'story' than coil does. Hell, even msq too. You can fit the entire of coil story within one episode of tv show or less. Even if you argue that t1-5 was puzzling (lol) to some people and they 'need to know more', that's actually worse for them because everything is in t12 and they won't be able to experience that until they start fcob...which is still very much relevant. Letting people tap twintania once so that she keels over so that they can watch less than a quarter of the story is begging for those people to demand the rest of coil to get the same treatment.

    There is Spoiler now:

    T5 give you 3 pieces after you beat it:

    - dreadwyrm can be controlled
    - you see the current state of bahamut
    - this is the first and onliest scene you see Louisoix and Nael walking away together and it looks like they are working together

    And not only dialogues give informations. Remember what Louisoix did say after the FMV?

    The first coil shows you the way the first allegan mashine was digging till it found his heart. The central point of the first coil are the allegans and their mashines. Thats for shure the reason T3 do exist. At the end it introduces there are also persons in our time involved.

    The theme of second coil are the "protectors" of bahamut. The by allegan hand created "monsters" on one side and the by bahamut controlled Louisoix and Nael on the other side.

    Final Coil story is about the two primals, their summoning/summoners and the relationship between Alphinaud and Alisé.

    there that's all and no No easy story mode coil let the time and money go towards more open world and end game content 5 months from now I'm sure coil will get 25% echo but I'm sure people will still complain about something.

    if 20/15% echo can't help, 25% won't help either.

    Ok then lets put the echo at 1 No 50 no 9000% I bet people would still complain I'm pretty sure the mass majority of people don't even want this its unfair I find it that the probably 10 20% of people who don't want an easier story raids think they out weigh the people who don't I don't like to say this but if it's so important for them to see the story with their own character...

    They don't care enough because then they'd gather Gil and buy clears from the trash known as clear sellers.
    The easy story mode they want is there just gota pay millions of gil.

    That aside, you didn't understand what I wanted to say :
    Echo is already here, and there is largely enough now to clear all the dps checks. If it doesn't help people now, adding more echo won't help. No matter how hard you try to convince yourself on the contrary.

    That's really all this thread is its asking for a hand out in not trying to do a straw man or what ever it is but people here are pretty much just saying the community sucks when it doesn't.

    Why are you playing a game if you don't want a challenge this is an mmo there's a set difficulty to all things be it rng mechanics or just uhh i think that's all point is there is no Easter option no difficulty selected no pausing no hand outs the developers are this worlds gods and are free to set it how they like they will make adjustments as needed increase drop rates nerf mechanics after awhile give more buffs take away buffs.

    Sure they will make mistakes here and there their people but this is a game end game is optional. Yes we pay to play I understand that every one deserves to see and do every thing but they need to do the work not sit and complain about it being too hard is there stuff I'd like to see sure do I want to see a whole story sure have I ever beaten a Final Fantasy game? No no I have not unless you count Final Fantasy tactics as one then yes but that's all really.

    Point is stop complaining play the game get some learning in on the turns ask friends for help on the hard turns after you get experience in then you'll be able to see the story.

    They have already gimped previous Coil turns. Turn 7, which was definitely the hardest turn of 2nd Coil to most people, is now a joke and can even be beaten in Duty Finder. The towers are less of a hassle in T8, and instant death mechanics in T6 were removed. It is an absolute joke to accomplish these turns even for the less experienced players.
