If you don't like the way someone is playing, you are never in the right to tell them how to play. You can offer advice, and you WILL receive those responses, but that's all you can do. There is no manual saying your advice is the One True Method, kind of like how people complain when a tank isn't tanking Garuda in the CORRECT spot. Those people are indeed elitests so used to a certain way that is "common" that any deviance from the norm is met with hostility. Just like people do in real life to those who are different (race, sexuality, etc). Never should we think that we have the right to tell someone they're doing it wrong. We may offer help on how they can possibly improve.
So if the healer is only dpsing, no one should say anything?
If the DPS is spamming a heal that's only healing people for like 20 hp instead of dpsing, no one should say anything?
If the tank is just spamming emotes instead of taunt...we should just let that be right? Because there's no certain way to play...

That logic only works with single player games. When you play with other people there are rules. Classes are meant to be played a certain way, dungeons are meant to be done a certain way. Or else no one would get anywhere....ever...
