Get some friends to run it with you.
Queue up and go fishing, or watch a movie/TV episode.
Log on during the off-time for your server, wait a full three hours for a low level, and then get back to me.

Anyway there's lots of things you can do while waiting for a queue.
(Don't be like me and queue an hour for a dungeon, then forget to equip your weapon at the boss..........)
