If by that you mean.

XI: Dungeons that ran on a entry timer that was by almost all accounts a little too strict.

XIV: Dungeons that ran on zero entry time, so they became obsolete weeks after implementation.

Maybe I'd like to have a compromise between the two that gives us longevity of content without being punishing to people on tight scheduels?
