Unfortunately that isn't an argument at all. Nor is it likely that the timing was SPECIFICALLY when the patch landed.

Read up on 'net neutrality' and how the internet big-wigs are trying to destroy it, so they can throttle clients using up large bandwidth. Especially streaming sites and MMOs.

They have already begun. People are fighting the good fight to restore Net Neutrality, but many are affected in the meanwhile, likely you as well.
