NP. It really upsets me, actually, that SE didn't put crit on either piece. They KNOW bards rely on crit to function, and putting skill speed on BOTH of them is just insulting.
The only piece for BLMs in WoD I see viable is the Skirt of Casting, which I think is really good actually. Seems more SMN friendly unfortunately, so my view is that of "not worth it" and more for glamours than upgrading. There are some open ends in the arguments but, I'll hit them later.

I'm looking at it as a work around for those who cant or don't want to invest the time needed for i120 poetic sets let alone farm the upgrades for them. Either way if everyone can loot whatever in it there would be reage over bad rolls and the content will burn out quickly.
Yup I agree, Its like they want to dampen their DPS in return for being mobile and the lack of positional requirement.
I understand brd will never be a top dps, but c'mon, why give it a skill revolving around crit, then no crit mods
On some levels I do agree that brd should always be support and not dmg... but its not like their dps is anywhere near (good) drg/nin/mnks anyways.
I like it. It makes people actually think about what they wanted instead of need & greed everything.
BUT I also do think that the limitation could be loosen up a bit.

And they give us skill speed! It's like they not only want us to deal less damage, but to run out of TP faster!Yup I agree, Its like they want to dampen their DPS in return for being mobile and the lack of positional requirement.

The next major update is the expansion. 2.51 is the golden saucer. No content there. 2.55 is the final part of the 2.0 story and the lead up to the expansion. Probably an hours worth of content there.

It would be nice if the weekly lockout was "per class/job", but this is the way the previous tiers have been so I don't see any reason why people would expect this one to be different. As others have said, you're still limited by the amount of poetry gear you can acquire per week, so using hunts as an excuse doesn't really hold up.
