They have not even announced it yet they may be preliminary uploading it and may have selected a few they did not intend or are missing a few.
Also the album looks large enough that it might be EU and US combined. Or possibly all of them combined. So just wait before getting all whiteknighting over things.

The Facebook page doesn't differentiate EU and NA, so yes, it's both winners combined. I believe that they are the real results (or I very much hope so seeing my submission got in there too), they may have not yet added the forum thread for the results but it's still on the official Facebook page - they've announced screenshot contest winners like this many times before. I still hope the case discussed gets disqualified, not only for breaking the rules but doing so in atrocious manner.

What? Umm, they do this kind of stuff all the time.

The backdrop screenshot was taken by another player who posted it online as part of a collection of screenshots of Codex's vigil. The Lalafell and the fireworks weren't part of the original screenshot. I doubt that Square Enix would put the effort into googling screenshots of their own game so they can Photoshop additional things into it when they could just take their own screenshot to use.

in no way shape or form should this entry be allowed to win anything.... it clearly breaks the rules and more importantly uses an the prayers of to a dying player to win a contest..

It's good to know that these kind of things aren't acceptable! "It was an oversight" (as I gather from this response) is a good enough answer to my question as well.

Atrocious, but at least the problem has been dealt with and perhaps maybe legit entries will be able to claim their prizes.
