    Anybody else that needs to link a credit-card to Paypal or are Sansia and I the only ones T_T?

    You can become verified and link a bank account. Does not have to be a credit card.
    Also, did you double check that Paypal's website is using the right payment option. I know I have to change paypal evry transaction from using my bank account and use my credit card instead. Ive not tried directly from a paypal balance though.
