Hildibrand follows exactly what a Final Fantasy game is. If you don't like it, then you must play something else or ignore the quests o_o;

We want Hildi.

Guess what, extremely hard content is part of what a MMO is as well. Though we may not be as many as the people who want Hildi, we want Savage Coil.

If a MMO can't keep its most hardcore players around, it has no future in my opinion.
