Let us FIX gear to over 100%!

I spend alot of time repairing gear. My blacksmith and leatherer are pretty low, but my armorer is rank 30 and can repair quite a bit. I would love to see an exp boost, but i dont think it's really a necessity. And people who are too cheap to ask for repair for more than 10 gil dont deserve to have their crap repaired.
At the very least, cover the price of the repair mat.

The one thing I hate more than this are repair requests for a full inventory. Complete waste of my time and mat.

I honestly would like to know what you think would be enough to have the repair shouts work? Like I said earlier I was even shouting for 20 000 gil repairs which should cover the cost shouldn't it?

I think the SP the crafters aren't making for repairing gear of others is a bigger issue than the money they want to be paid for it since gil is pretty worthless in this game. I've bought several new armor pieces (100%) multiple times because their price was lower than the repair cost (to 70%). Something about the balance of these things is not working on a low-pop server.
