That's just basic stratagy 101 friend. You Wait for the perfect moment to fire it. Tank LBs are instent because THEY are suppose to be taking the beating while Battle Dance and Heal Wave are charging to do their thing. As far as machanics go, you should NEVER fire Battle Dance or Star Shower during a One-Shot-Kill mechanic. You obey the mechanics 1st then pot shot the Boss AFTER his attack is over.

Okay I can agree with you to a certain degree, but sometimes (and im sure most people would agree) you just get unlucky. Example: Haukke manor normal, last boss. When the succubi come in and random cast void fire 3 on different ones on the party, you can sometimes kill the eye before he gets his stoneskin off, thus leaving the boss open to LB. IF unlucky, you can be targeted by both succubi and killed while lbing. This isnt the only scenario but this one is the most recent I've ran across.

Well I won't argue with you on that one. Some times Shit happens and you wipe. That's just how it goes. Proper stratagy and timing can help minimize that risk though.

(I will not how ever get into the argument that "There's no such thing as random in computers". If range caculation is involved, unless you sacrificed a small Eft baby and a Lalafelle 1st born to Diablos and The Lambs of Dalimuld to apeal to the great Rangesus, it still compleatly random as far as probability is concerned)

Or you can stun the succubus and take all randomness out of the equation.
