So one thing I would like to bark about is how Limit Break operates, mechanic wise. Now, my problem here is not the cast times of these skills but rather the animation itself. During the animation of lets say, blade dance, if not careful or timed perfectly, 1 or 2 things can happen. 1: You will be hit by a mechanic of the boss that may or may not kill you. If it kills you, then heres number 2: Dying while in the animation of blade dance (or any LB for that manner) will actually cancel the damaging effect of the attack..while still consuming the LB gauge. Now I know this is probably a 1/5 chance of happening...but why even have that chance? Perhaps if we were given invulnerability while the animation itself is going (not the cast seeing how you can cancel the cast just by moving) this problem would go away without, I believe, breaking any other core mechanics and or intentional challenges.
