That doesn't look half bad but if I can only get one item per week, it'd have to go into poetics weapon first
I'm more keen on the 'crafted' weapon they were talking about though. Maybe if I had more money...
Two things:
1.) That's the AF2 which is coming in 3.0, not the World of Darkness armor which is coming in 2.5. This is what that armor looks like: http://cdn4.dualshockers.com/wp-cont...4-02_52_42.jpg
2.) The tomestone, carbontwine, and carboncoat are all on a separate lockout from the armor for World of Darkness. So you can get 1 upgrade piece and 1 armor piece per week.

Off topic, but is it only me who thinks Yoshi understands more english than he lets on? XD
Death Knights didn't kill Bear tanks in world of Warcraft, and Dark Knights won't kill warriors in FFXIV. Just because DKs will have superficial similarities to how warriors play, doesn't mean it'll feel the same. There will always be players who prefer warriors. All this extra class will ultimately do, is add variety for people who are already tanking or might like to try it but aren't sold on Paladins or Warriors. As for being denied raid spots because of your choice of tank class, that actually doesn't happen very often in my experience. Mostly people complain on forums that it could happen, because we all know that min/max harcore raiders set the standards for how gaming populaces behave. (Wait, no they don't.)
...Now you got another tanking class coming in that pretty much does the same thing what warriors do and just like many MMO's it will come out OP outdoing the warrior in performance.
the reason why I brought this up was cause the head guy said it himself that Dk's will use life stealing to regain its health back from the damage he takes If the dk get the same amount of HP as the warrior and does the same amount of damage as the warrior with higher lifesteal which makes the warrior look like a pile of poo, what will you want a warrior for?
Someone somewhere will always find an excuse to look down on others over petty minutia. Screw 'em, Pinkie. Play what you like.

So we already have the super defensive tank - PLD - specializes in massive defense and has more defensive CD's than the number of women Tiger Woods has slept with.... Downside - offensive power is very minimal compared to their warrior counterparts
And we already have the super offensive tank - WAR - Able to put out monster DPS for a tank. I watched Xeno put out 370 DPS on warrior with his i135 dreadwyrm axe. Downside, defensive set is nowhere near as potent as what the PLD has available
How then will DRK fit into this equation? I would like to see something that is inbetween the other 2 tanks, offering good survivability and decent damage, without being able to do either better than their counterparts. A jack of all trades, master of none type of deal.
When you see someones glamour with non matching boots
huh ? my group was at T5 twisters before the warrior change and I was MT on T1 and T5. People not able to master a difficult class and choosing to go to the least resistance path didn't make warriors unable to tank.
Even though I'd be an idiot if I didn't acknowledge the heavy lack of balance between the two jobs, warriors were able to tank anything past then. There... would have been a lot of troubles tanking anything that came after though.
