    i think WAR will always have a spot on a team. PDL and DRK will have to duke it out for MT spot.

    PDL can block physical damage and have cooldowns to mitigate all form of damage that be magic or physical and can also parry.

    DRK will be a parry/evasive tank. Probably will have abilities to enhance parry (new ones and maybe keen flurry). Parry only works on Physical attacks. Evasion... not sure how that is going to work cause right now I dont think we can evade magic attacks. I swear though I've made magic attacks missed in the open world from low level mobs on my level 50 character. I'll have to check that when I get home. Also, I think that they will have abilities to directly mitigate magic damage like manawall or something.

    Who is what tank position is very much situational. We use a WAR main tank on Bahamut because they can Inner Beast every single Tempest Wing, Flare Breath and Akh Morn.
