    Greetings,

    First, if you are encountering players who are behaving inappropriately, we ask that you try to discuss matters and attempt to resolve problems privately. If attempts to create a civil understanding do not work and harassment continues, we recommend contacting a GM.

    As for the ability to teleport to a player you were once eternally bonded to, simply adding them to your blacklist will disable the teleport feature.

    ...isn't a blacklist the equivalent of a restraining order? And sure, a restraining order doesn't actually prevent someone from stalking/harassing you (just the same as blacklisted stalkers can find ways to get around a blacklist and continue stalking you), but it does make it more difficult for them.
