This looks like a new primal... now let's look to the lucavi from Aries, Belias :

And its Zodiac Stone:
See the similarities between them?

And this new set of primals, I don't remember where I saw a post about them, It said that there was a Seraph or the trials as called "*something* Seraph" I don't remember where I actually saw this word on this... but The High Seraph is the Virgo Lucavi and the Final Boss From FFT.
So Thank You SE to bring those Memorables Bosses to FFXIV

You are wrong. This is an important enemy from FF6, one of the warring triad.

The only similarity is their build and skin colour really, but otherwise they don't look very similar.

The monster is the Fiend/Doom from FF6.

To be fair to you, the Ascians are all the "Scion of Light" counterparts to the Ivalice Lucavi. We even have Altima named and having spoken in a 2.3 cutscene, in which case that would definitely be the time and place to make this thread.

However, Void Ark basically busted any possibly remaining theorists about the Ivalice Dark Scions playing a major role.

If you want to think about Lucavi as espers or eidolons, technically there's a Belias-Egi in the level 50 SMN quest. To be fair though, it's just a bigger renamed version of the Ifrit-Egi...

Oh, oh, but there's Cu Chulainn in Void Ark! But... he's a voidsent, not an esper, so...

It would be so nice to have them as primals, specially because the "secret Lucavi", found in the Secret Dungeon on FFT, is called Zodiark, I want so much to fight Zodiark xD

I really wish they had had Sephirot as some twisted thing rising out of the ground like that FF6 image. With the tree theme I had this image of him bursting from the ground like some messed up nightmarish half demon tree thing.
