    These were NQ Allagan leathers with NQ Dubbins.

    And yes, obviously just an observation at this stage, but I'd assume that 10 INQ stacks resulting from 10 normal condition hasty touches would result in the same quality progress?

    I'm sure you made a mistake somewhere with your observations and numbers.

    I've been selling 4* since day 1 of patch 2.4 and there isn't any abnormality.
