If so many groups are selling clears, why not eliminate that cost to the newbie and give out a standardized hefty gil bonus to coil parties that have a new player.

The endgame community has very little incentive to seek out new players and run them through content. People DO sell carries, but the prices they charge encourage gil-buying.

Giving out a 100k per turn bonus and a new-player bonus mount drop for t5,t9 and t13(I'm thinking "helper monkey") I think would be more than enough incentive to get the endgame raiders back out there shouting for newbies to help.

The time to level a new character to 50 and gear them out for ilv requirements should be enough to ward off mass exploitation from bots due to the time investment-to-gil ratio, yet give new players a boost in money to put toward raid food, gear or materia needed for relics/gear all the while giving skilled players a decent way to earn a few hundred thousand gil per day. Most serious crafters can make a few million gil per day, I see no reason to not give skilled players a chance to do the same by helping out newer players.
