Sure, it's frustrating. I once had a website that I used on a daily basis DDoSed for a week straight so that no one could access it at all for that week. The website owners were very apologetic, but there was literally nothing they could do to make it stop. There's no point in getting mad and pointing fingers at anyone other than the people who are responsible for the DDoS itself. Sony is no doubt doing everything within its power to try to mitigate this, because why would they WANT to be losing service/money? It's in their best interest to get this fixed as soon as possible.
