This game is P2W

There are people buying the dyes and other items off of the cash shop, then selling them in game for gil. What would you call that, sounds like pay to win to me.

Sounds like intelligence to me. Unless you consider those crafted HQ 110's I paid for as "p2w" as well, I mean, I didn't make them myself, so surely, the fact that I had someone craft them FOR me because they had the means to, and I had the gil they wanted in exchange is something that not -everyone- can manage to do, right?

reselling your items that you paid for is not pay-to-win. Pay-to-win is offering an ingame benefit above other players for a real-money expense. Dye does not put you above other players, no matter HOW you try to spin it. If they sold gear that was better/higher ilvl than the FCoB gear, THAT would be pay to win. EXP potions. Pay to win. Mounts that move faster than any of the in-game available counter parts? Pay to win. Do you see ANY of that in the cash shop? Not unless you're looking through salt-crusted glasses.
