Nice sarcasm, but we ARE dealing with a cash-shop now.

You can now get an in-game economical advantage over others with real money. Sure it isn't straight literal pay-to-win but having experienced f2p economies I know it's enough to divide in-game "economical classes". I get over it like most of us because the game is still enjoyable regardless, but that doesn't mean this new mog-station business model is good. They are ways for SE to generate more profit without affecting the in-game economy but tradable cash-shop items isn't one.

I just hope this cash-shop won't expend further in the future, because I play, and enjoy, FFXIV especially to get away from the imbalances of f2p/p2w games.

But hate the cash shop - its greedy and insulting to those who have supported ffxiv from the beginning - paying even for 1.0 - to have the result of our support be a cash shop that squeezes more money out of us.
