Not a single card of mine works. MasterCard, Visa (with Verified by Visa)... Spoke to Visa, they are saying it's an issue on the merchant side. You chose the Bank/Company you have your card with. There are plenty of options out there. Sounds like you chose inconvenience.
When I was in the military and deployed to over 28 countries in a 6 year period. I called in advance if I was going overseas. If I got a 1hr recall / 24hr on the ground anywhere in the world. I still had no issues, as I carried 2 personal CCs besides my Government one.
You folks seriously find excuses for everything.
So yeah. No excuses here, it literally does not work. See my other thread for full details.

Yet others have had no issues buying it? You may want to be more careful when following the step by step instructions they laid out and contacting your CC company...
also THIS...

I love how you guys are so quick to jump on folks who are having issues with credit cards. Some people dont have alot of options when it comes to banks/cards, etc. Sorry we cant all have had a successful payment transaction.. We are asking for help and giving feedback in hopes of getting that help before the keynote airs. Stop being rude. Chances are the two of us are NOT the only two people having problems trying to pay for the stream. We want to give SE our money and watch the keynote just as much as anyone of you.
On a side note, my friend was able to pay for my stream for me using her card and I just gave her the money. Which is funny too because we have the same bank and same type of card.

I purposely used a Debit Bank MasterCard as it is has the most restrictions to prove the issue for the ppl of this thread. It got declined. I called my bank to allow transactions from Japan for the Day. Payment was processed immediately after the 5min phone call with my bank.
You are not limited by Bank Choice. This isn't the 1960s or prior. There are full online electronic only banks now. I even take pictures of checks for deposit nowadays.
If you want to go on vacation out of Country this is something everyone with personal CCs and debit cards have to do. Unless you have a straight Credit Card (non-debit) that authorizes international transactions. These cards are typically Business CCs and some limited personal cards.
It's not being rude, its straight to the point. It's your Bank and you need to work with the bank you chose.

HMMM, that is pretty funnyI love how you guys are so quick to jump on folks who are having issues with credit cards. Why I didn't quote you. I have 2 MCs and a Visa. Gonna try them this afternoon as all 3 are different companies.
I find this rather odd. Specifically because I order Arcade machine parts at least 2x a month of all different vendors in Japan, via MC, Visa, and Paypal. See if I get a vendor issues on my end as well and update results here.
