This wording makes it sound like you only need to buy it once to have access to both days.![]()

Not sure if this will help, but use this option.
It asked for an SMS confirmation code, but it worked np, the visa and mastercard options on the right failed.

Confirmed MC declined. Called bank (5mins) requested transactions from Japan to be approved for the day. Processed instantly after phone call.
This is normal even for me making purchases directly via CC. PP is no issue. When I normally order I call my bank in advance. Just like my military example in my previous post. (Visiting Japan Date thru Date, please turn transactions on).
The whole point is to protect you from fraud and its normal restrictions on most bank and CC cards.
* The vendor issue someone's bank said is just poor uneducated customer service. Ask them specifically to temporarily remove the restrictions for transactions from Japan.

Pretty much if you using credit card outside of US and you haven't used it normally some credit card company consider it a warning sign that it might be identity thief and prevent the charges calling the credit card company and telling them that your making a purchase like mention usually solves this issue.

I gave up. Credit card was declined twice. Called the card company the first time they stopped it(given it was a charge out of my normal pattern). Tried a second time, didn't go through. Then saw the Pay Pal thing to be a premium member so I wouldn't get kicked if too many log in. I gave up. Will log in to free stream if open. If not, I am not up for the hassle. If I recall the US one was both twitch and nico, though I could be wrong.

You're wrong. News post on JP lodestone point to twitch only for both NA and EU fanfests. If you "could be wrong" it's best not to post unless you've fact checked, people on this forum take everything to heart and blow things out of proportions even over misinformation.I gave up. The only hassle is the bank you chose. Said hassle is your Bank's automatic fraud protection. If it's a debit card, it has even more restrictions than a normal Credit Card. This is all your bank, not even niconico.I gave up. Credit card was declined twice. Called the card company the first time they stopped it(given it was a charge out of my normal pattern). Nico Live Stream server test here: http://help.nicovideo.jp/live_en/201...h-quality.html
It seems it only use 3Mbps of my connection... not even my full speed and it stutters / buffers sometime.

My CC works without problem, I was using VISA from RBC.

Contacted niconico per my bank, I am literally being told this is not possible: http://i.imgur.com/DEQUymY.png
So uh yeah, on verge of giving up.
