Japanese had to deal with Twitch to see the broadcast in Vegas and London, we can deal with NicoNico to deal with the one that takes place in Japan. They're just using the preferred streaming methods of wherever the Fan Fest is being held.

Also, picking up a phone and calling your credit card company isn't a "pain" or "hassle"... that's a little over-dramatic, lol. And you should be grateful that they did decline it since they probably detected it as a possible fraudulent purchase since it is for something outside of your typical buying area/habits (NA billing comes out of El Segundo, CA, USA). A quick call and they'll put the purchase through and allow it.

It is when your credit card company is thru your bank and your bank has "banker hours" and you are currently in a foreign country and the time zones are extremely different. Situational, I know, but still, many people will have issues with this.
