    Only issue with this is everyone can roll need. Fine if you're in a friendly FC group, but in party / duty finder most who already have the weapon for the class they are playing will roll for their 5th/6th/7th token just for a class they may some day level.

    Perhaps a better system would be to drop one random weapon (as is already happening), but in addition give every player a token. Maybe 15 tokens can be exchanged for a weapon at Revenants Toll. In other words you might get lucky, which feels awesome, if not you are always guaranteed a weapon after 15 clears (which isn't as excessive as RNG's possible 100 or more clears).
