I already explained it, its not a hard concept to grasp. I brought up coils because you can buy wins with gil attained from selling cash shop items. With me so far? People that buy runs with gil can end up in your runs without having the skills needed that you'd learn before. Still with me? Some people, yes I know its hard to notice? Don't have all the time in the world and can only do endgame raiding through DF. It would cut down with people being in raids that shouldn't be there. Anything else is just your pathetic attempt to antagonize me because you can't come up with a proper response to the topic at hand; so I won't even justify it with a response. I love this game and I don't want to see SE take the route they are taking.

Actually, I can-- on my server people are having trouble selling them for just 2 million. I watched someone put one up and then lower the price repeatedly over the course of a few hours because no one was buying.

It's called supply and demand and just because your server sells them for x price doesn't mean it reflects all the servers.

Definitely going to continue to ignore you considering all you do is try to instigate. Doesn't sound like you even attempted to bring anything to the topic at all. It's called supply and demand and just because your server sells them for x price doesn't mean it reflects all the servers.

Which also means that demand for them isn't as widespread as some people seem to think it is. Maybe there's a high demand on some servers, but on others, there's no real demand at all.

I can explain that that the eternal bond bracelet trading is an unintended consequence of how they designed the eternal bond system. One that is going to be fixed. As long as square fixes what they have said is broken, I'm going to say that they still are keeping that promise.

Excuse me? I didn't put words in anyones mouth. Please read your own post, don't put your personal issues on me. You and many others, basically have said bad plays=casuals= gil and PTW buyers. Since you didn't even seperate it, you just lumped them all into one.

Don't even get me started on intelligence.. You told people not to be naive and think that their money is being put back into the game, yet you gave no proof that it isn't. I'm confused, why are you still paying money to a comany you don't trust? >_> ; I don't even want hear the excuse "becuae you like the game". If I was being ripped off or didn't trust the company I was dealing with, I'd stop giving money to them ASAP.

The thing is you can't really call selling bracelets in game as paying to win. Yes they may get a few million gil. It really isn't going to break the game, if someone decides that they want to pay for a speed run. If you happen to come across someone that has paid for the run and can't cut it on the next coil you have the option to replace the person or here is a thought....teach them. I know its a new idea and it may seem like an out of the box idea but it might just work.

Quite honestly I think I know why people pay for the speed runs. It's because the all important "elite" culture in the coil runs treat the people just starting out in the coil like they are garbage. It's not the casual gamers that are ruining games. It's the holier than thou "elite" crowd that make teaming up such a chore that the casual gamers would rather pay for the runs than deal with the "elite".

Also, why are so many people unable to just go along playing and let this one drop? Why is it that the hardcore crowd came out en masse when it became possible for people to make gil through the cash shop but just shrugged off all of the vanity items available? Nothing has changed. It's still people with real money having an opportunity to access content they otherwise couldn't; just because the vanity wasn't important to some of you doesn't mean it wasn't important. I personally couldn't care less if someone bought their way into the -first- clear of the next FCoB equivalent.
