I am glad that DRG is finally getting the buff they needed. I love playing DRG but it was horrendous playing them sometimes when tanks kept moving around and I kept missing Heavy Trust or Impulse Drive's bonus. Always muttering "Stand still, gosh"

Because they focus on only one aspect of the game and disregard everything as irrelevant. Here, let me edit your post:

NIN will still most likely be OP and they still have their utilities. If DRG can now do as much damage as MNK, this will now make MNK the weakest DPS jobs since MNK will still be hindered by their positional and they do not have any utility to benefit another job like how DRG benefit BRD. I guess they still have the Dragon Kick INT debuff, which can help in 1 or 2 fights I suppose, not nearly as good but its sometihng. But I guess we'll see.
Dragon Kick helps with any fight were a lot of magic is going out, which is most of them actually. Why do you think Dragoon's lacking Magic Defense is such as issue.NIN will still most likely be OP and they still have their utilities. How about instead of Stoneskin II, SE decides to implement an actual quality of life change:
Automatic reset of all cooldowns at the start of every duty and after every wipe.
Tired of waiting for:
Hallowed Ground
X-Potions
Raging Strikes
Every single other cooldown ever.
We have the power to magically restore our bodies through the Echo. But, heaven forbid we try to to use that ability we popped right before we were knocked out.

As mentioned during Letter from the Producer LIVE, we will be adding Stoneskin II to the array of conjurer’s spells in Patch 2.45. This spell will allow you to cast stoneskin on your entire party when you are not in combat.
White mages rejoice! Soon enough you won’t have to spam stoneskin on the entire party before you begin your next battle. I know Bayohne is as excited about this as everyone else.

How do you magically add a new ability without level increase? O.o
Is every class getting a new ability or just CNJ/WHM?

You just give it to everyone, you tact it on an existing trait such as granite skin
No, not every class is getting a new ability.
If this is a question is in the form of jealously its an out of combat tweak to speed up content so WhiteMage's don't have to Stoneskin on everyone individually and can cast one spell instead of one spell 4-8 times. This benefits everyone as you can pull that boss faster or get an extra attempt on raid night as you haven't wasted X time waiting for people to gather and buff everyone individually.
