It's NOT just that they have 2 wedding plans, one 'free' (it's not free as we pay subs every month/bought the game but whatever) and one, that is our monthly fees+ x amount of extramoney on the Mog Station. IE: If I only do the 'standard' option, will my husband and I be able to share a personal house one day....or is this a 'Gold' feature (as it has already been mentioned that shared housing for bonded couples might come in the future). This. Is. Important. Why? because if you can share a house with a friend, you can share gardening, NPC's, crafted food items etc. So it IS actually very beneficial. But since it's also content that if added, would be potentially added after many people already had their ceremonies, it could mean some people who only decided for a 'Standard' option are now stuck and unable to share a joint home. So basically, SE needs to officially say the ONLY difference between each plan is the items offered up front at purchase....and then, and this is the key point they tend to screw up....not change their stance 6 months down the road when they go back on their word and offer a feature to one type of marriage vs the other.

2. If I pay for the 'Gold' plan, do I have to wait in line to get bonded....because I'm not going to lie: Making me pay extra (likely a lot more than the Odin mount in RL cash btw)...on top of my actual monthly sub...something that already rubs me the wrong way, and then making me wait in line weeks/months etc before I can get a ceremony. Should. Not. Happen. If people pay for the 'Gold' package, they should be able to get married whenever they wish. Afterall, they paid extra for the service, they should be served well.

But if this happens (that the Gold plan folk get streamlined to the front of the marriage list), then how long will 'standard folk' have to wait? Because, if they have to wait too long...then it'll feel like SE's basically saying 'look you want to be bonded, pay us...otherwise you can wait for eons until it's not as popular' Which IS locking people out of desired content....and potentially looks shady as it makes it once again look like they are trying to 'milk' the playerbase as much as they can.

As you can see, in both of my 'what if' situations I gave, neither one talked about 'extra clothing options' minions or mounts. But instead, actual real concerns people interested in this content would care about. Standard or Gold. SE has done a very poor job being straight forward with the community and an even worse job not changing the plan after the fact. (Looking at you housing)
Actual concerns about something that is not vanity now we getting some were.

1. Last I heard they were working on making it so you could open up your house to more then just your partner, It was mentioned as that was one of the reasons they added the friend category function so you could set different rights to different groups like you would an FC.

2. That really is a good question that I would also like an answer I plan on getting the full package. I do not like the idea that would make me jump the queue cause that would effect be P2W!
