P2W by definition means buying an item, unattainable in game through other means, that provides a clear and definitive advantage over all other players who do not purchase the item. Nothing involved in the Eternal Bond system gives any gameplay advantage to the players who get them... skins, a mount, and a minion.... Woooo!
