    The "Another World" could also mean that they are IN "Another World", i.e. they are currently on another server in an instance. Kind of like you only see the opposite team in a PVP match as "Fresh Meat". If you check on another player while they're in DF, you'll see them being in "Another Wordl" aka instance server.

    Just an idea

    OP, I think this is your answer right here.

    If you are looking at the party list and they all show a red box with an arrow inside and say "another world", it doesn't mean they are definitely from another server, it means you are all in an instance dungeon together. This is something I think most of us are not explaining (repeatedly) because it's something only new players wouldn't know. ><; The only way to definitely know if your teammates are from other servers is if you take the time to look them up on Lodestone. :/

    Also, there could be some language barrier thing going on. >.>;

    This has been discussed before on the OF. While I too wish the blist would keep these bozos out of my dungeons, can you imagine how difficult it would be for 8 players' blacklists to be checked before they could be grouped? The wait time could be immense. >< I think though that the blacklist should keep people off your party finder, but I am not sure even that would work. :/

    Given that Blizzard uses a similar system and does this now - and has for several expansions, I suspect this is more of a development time constraint or simple oversight on Square's part than a real technical hurdle to overcome. I know that square couldn't get every bell and whistle in right out of the gate, so hopefully they can put this in in 3.0.

    About "complicated" - it's a game, it's for fun - not for such "relations". If there are any ways to avoid this situation - it's better to do this, if no...
    So, you're going to avoid using the duty finder queue entirely? Throwing the baby out with the bathwater is almost never the best answer.

    Ehayte, 108 means that I passed such duties many many times, and if I hadn't problems and unexpectedly got it... I don't think that it's me. I said that it happens very few times.

    Okay, yes and no. Plenty of players, and this was complained about extensively here in the forums, were fully geared up just with the hunts during 2.3. That's the reason why gear can't be used as a determining factor for skill. Because the option exists to get it without doing something more involved, players aren't going to assume up front that you know your rotations.

    Please. Change that ring. I'm calling you out on it because if I saw a bard equipped with a noct ring in an instance, I would immediately think that something was wrong.

    To your last point. If this is an infrequent occurrence, then try and let it go. Having to go through PF over DF is a pain.
