They're usually from another server because there are several servers in a single data center. It would be very unlikely that they'd all be from your server or any other one server.

To answer your question, quick and simple, I'll counter with another question.
Do you want longer queue times?
If I am disappointed - I have a choose to leave this game or to wait longer. Note pls,my question was - why from another world each time. I can fail myself when don't know what to do, it happens but I don't see such reaction from other players. This situation was repeated 4 or 5 times during my server prime time and I don't find it Random.

Why are you having such a hard time accepting criticism? A good player will listen to criticism in an effort to better himself. Trying to blacklist someone just because they told you how you could be doing something in a way rather than another is just silly. If I am disappointed - I have a choose to leave this game or to wait longer. They're on another world so you'll just spend like 30-40 minutes with them and prolly never see them again so whats the big deal?
P.S
having item level 110 doesnt automatically make you a "good player" so I would advice you to put together the criticism all those players gave you and try and see for yourself why they gave it to you.
In addition, even if you blacklist someone, it doesn't keep them out of your DF party.
I believe the real question is: why is it that every time he has issues with players, it's those from another world and never those from the same world?
People in those servers might play differently. So what's considered rude to you might be completely normal there.
Furthermore, it's possible (I said POSSIBLE, but not necessarily the case) that the players in those servers might have a higher caliber of players. So while your skills might be fine for most of the people in your world, they may be lacking in comparison to the players there.
It may also be that those worlds have higher percentage of people who speak other languages and thus may not be comfortable writing out full sentences and stick to common acronyms (like BRD instead of your name)
Most times they have 1-2 lvl 50 classes and 100-110 gear - nothing extreme. I know, because looked for their names in char search on this server when tried to understand why I am unable to blacklist them.
I think that question was answered. It's not always going to be from a different server, just most of the time. Duty Finder assembles its groups from all players in your data center. So the odds are that you're going to end up with a group of people from multiple servers. If I am disappointed - I have a choose to leave this game or to wait longer. I think Bixby is spot on here, this may just be a case of confirmation bias. You're remembering when things went south and in those runs the players were from other servers. Sure you may have had a few bad ones in a row. It happens to all of us.
As of right now, Square doesn't have a means for us to blacklist players from other servers, just our own. And even then, as Sadana points out, you still can be grouped with even those people in Duty finder, so the blacklist doesn't help.
Insanity is a gradual process, don't rush it - Ford Prefect
Teryaani, as I understood, you think that it's random. At my side, I don't understand why it became to happen in ~ October and wasn't happened in summer for example?
