    Why is this get so complicated? Am I missing something? Just ignore those jerks, move along. You will probably never going to see them again. Duty Finder is random, those who selected the specific dungeon on finder or those who uses the roulette fill up whichever empty spot need to fill in the queue.

    Just an idea
    OP, I think this is your answer right here.

    If you are looking at the party list and they all show a red box with an arrow inside and say "another world", it doesn't mean they are definitely from another server, it means you are all in an instance dungeon together. This is something I think most of us are not explaining (repeatedly) because it's something only new players wouldn't know. ><; The only way to definitely know if your teammates are from other servers is if you take the time to look them up on Lodestone. :/

    Also, there could be some language barrier thing going on. >.>;

    This has been discussed before on the OF. While I too wish the blist would keep these bozos out of my dungeons, can you imagine how difficult it would be for 8 players' blacklists to be checked before they could be grouped? The wait time could be immense. >< I think though that the blacklist should keep people off your party finder, but I am not sure even that would work. :/

    It seems to me that I got an answer. These players may be avoided by 100% DF free parties only. No other way.
    About "complicated" - it's a game, it's for fun - not for such "relations". If there are any ways to avoid this situation - it's better to do this, if no...

    @Alx789

    Duty Finder can be very nauseous, it might random add a toxic player if unlucky. I've seen many bad players, muted players never speak up if something happened. Trolls and etc.

    Everytime I use DF, I will have to chill out and expect the worst scenario. Usually I pop in and say hello follow by a sarcasm saying "I'm a noob at healing!" just to break the ice on the suspicion from other players.

    There is no need to blacklist someone, good and bad players exist. Perfect world is a myth!

    I find it pretty sad you rather avoid DF than accept criticism, but seeing in this thread how closed you are regarding criticism, good riddance.

    It's fine for someone to avoid DF, best possible solution is to find friends, make friends on local server. Even invite your co-worker, family, friends to join you into the game. People you knew or get to know.

    I started this game not long ago, already have like dozen of friends... mostly girls... (don't ask)...

    You're not always grouped with people from different world servers in the duty finder, but the reason they have that is because if they limited the pool to just your particular world server, then wait times for tanks and healers would be closer to how wait times are for damage dealers currently. And the wait times for damage dealers would multiply many-fold.

    I LIKE the fence. I get 2 groups to laugh at then.

    Given that Blizzard uses a similar system and does this now - and has for several expansions, I suspect this is more of a development time constraint or simple oversight on Square's part than a real technical hurdle to overcome. I know that square couldn't get every bell and whistle in right out of the gate, so hopefully they can put this in in 3.0.

    So, you're going to avoid using the duty finder queue entirely? Throwing the baby out with the bathwater is almost never the best answer.

    I mean... I don't want to be a jerk here, and I only say this because it might honestly help you understand where these people are coming from.

    i108 doesn't mean you have skill. You could very well not be doing your best DPS with some easy fixes and they may be just trying to help you. i108 means you ground 4-man dungeons, FATEs, maps, hunts, etc. None of those require anything other than the bare minimum of skill.

    I'm really not trying to be mean, but the people giving you tips on how you play might just be trying to help you. And yes I looked at your gear on lodestone and saw that you do not have any coil gear, which was the basis for that response.

    No. I wanted to understand how to avoid such problem. Players from the same world may be blacklisted, so I have chances to remember them and leave duty for example. From other worlds - no, additional external blacklist needed. It's not for fun to do this.
