What other MMO offers yearly free Race Change/Gender Change/Etc type services that they normally have in their cash shop?

I believe Aion was like that, a yearly event would happen for a ticket for a gender switch.

I think now they just let you do it anytime, I haven't played Aion in a long time so I don't know whats going on but last time I believe there was a npc in the bar and you could change anytime you wanted.

I could be wrong though about the anytime thing like I said haven't played in a long time.
