What ability would you like to see added for your Job in the Expansion? (theorizing)

For DRG I would like to see an ability that will give the effect of reraise to a party members for 10 seconds or something. Similar to one of Freya's ability in FFIX. This will give DRG its much needed utility and can contribute to healers MP management.

I'd actually want DRG to get a raise ability that doesn't inflict weakness debuff at all. Can make it drain all mp for balance purposes. That would majorly boost our utility. That and an action similar to goad but instead of TP it's MP.
