Personally, I don't care about the nerfs done to Second Coil, it's whatever at this point. What bothers me more is people in here saying "want a challenge do savage." Savage is an entirely different beast, with enough gear many of the mechanics can be cheesed but it is mechanically different and outside the achievement there is little incentive to do it, even more so now. A majority of people have no issue with echo, in fact it makes fights a bit more entertaining seeing how fast you can push.
Second annoyance is that nerfing something to the ground doesn't help the player base too much. Sure they can now get SCOB gear easier, but then they will be stuck until this happens for FCOB. This is because the mechanics people learn to handle in BCOB/SCOB help with FCOB and future raids. Giving people a free pass will only hurt them in the end when they try out for a FCOB PF/Static and can't handle simple mechanics. People can blame one shot mechanics all they want but something has to be able to kill us/penalize us for making grave mistakes otherwise why bother being a "warrior of light"?
Finally, I have come to the conclusion that from 3.0 onward they just need to make story mode for fights. That way people can enter, auto attack a boss and watch the story from their character's PoV and normal content doesn't have to go through this again. (No loot)
