bard literally had too much. so much in fact, that people would stack bards. was i sad about some of the things they did to bard? yes, but it made things a bit more balanced.

If the Bard example was true, then they wouldn't have done separate buffs for Monk and Dragoon. Bard had too much, that's why your example doesn't hold up.

kind of a bad example. they didnt nerf bard to buff anything else. they did it to balance the class. remember, they made changes to blood for blood at that time too.
