    If the Bard example was true, then they wouldn't have done separate buffs for Monk and Dragoon. Bard had too much, that's why your example doesn't hold up.

    kind of a bad example. they didnt nerf bard to buff anything else. they did it to balance the class. remember, they made changes to blood for blood at that time too.
