If you beat it already then who cares, move onto 3rd coil and stop going after people who are playing catchup still.

I will, thanks!
Correction, you still have savage coil that provides the exact same loot as regualr scob. so...yea, you get harder fights then scob prenerf for the loot you need...have fun and have a wonderful day

Savage Second Coil of Bahamut

THIS, so much this. The original poster is just bitching because now they can't feel as elite as more casual players. Get over it, it'll be months before others come close to clearing FCoB, hang on to that epeen for awhile before moving onto the next endgame chunk of content.Correction, you still have savage coil that provides the exact same loot as regualr scob. so...yea, you get harder fights then scob prenerf for the loot you need...have fun and have a wonderful day

Meh. You most likely have dedicated people who could one-shot T7 no problem. In which case the fight isn't hard at all anyway. I have pieces to farm from turn 7-8 but I don't want to waste static time that we could be spent finalizing T9. Nowadays I pug T6-8, and the only difficulty in that for me now is trying to not pull all my hairs.
I'll say it this way. T6-8 are pointless. You don't even need them to advance to T10. They are now like my solo grind like atma farming lol. I mean I'm sorry to the new guys, they might not get the same feeling of accomplishment for beating T6-8 as some others did, but if they're not too sad about it then I won't lose any sleep over it either.
She is a clear seller, something she has admitted to being in her own words on these forums. When take that into consideration it becomes apparent why she might hate this move by SE as it will potentially damage her profits made from selling clears on this content. The people actually against this are for the most part people who's egos depend on treating others like something they step on or they might lose some profits from selling clears on this content. Those people still have final coils and savage mode untouched, that is the newer content meant to challenge them and not this old content in second coil.
This is a load of bull. People who I know are against these nerfs, including myself, appreciate the value of clearing these fights unnerfed and don't want to take that chance away from people who don't happen to have as much time for the game, or a static, or whatever. Progressing slower than the top or even medium speed groups does not mean you're an incompetent player who needs all central mechanics removed or nerfed to be able to clear content. In addition, nerfs only do a disservice because they remove the valuable learning experiences these turns offered, the experiences that help the people who've been able to clear them to make progress in the following turns.
Edit: Me or my FC never have and never will sell runs. We organise learning groups instead.

But we all know we not gonna keep playing that content overtime, teaching new players of the mechanics, positioning, etc. Mind you they do monitor what players do in the game and they know those who do complete that content do not go back unless there's a very good reason. This is a load of bull.
