Fair enough but even if they say for no reason there is never a case where do it for no reason, there is always a reason with no exceptions.

We have both Yoshi and the ToS which says 3rd party programs are ban-able. Yoshi saying if use them keep it to yourself because SE has to take action if they do as their ToS states. Why take the risk when you know it specifically states in the ToS not to do it even if they potentially do not ban people from videos and I say 'potentially' on purpose, use some common sense and do not put yourself in a position where you could get banned for it. Even yourself admit such by using the word "probably" so admit there is a risk person might get banned for it.
