No offenses but it's kind of easy to blame the tanks without real informations of your past experiences, many factors can come into account :/ bad healers, careless/poors dps and of course d*ckheads tanks is likely going to happen too.

The real problem is lack of communications between players when starting the duty.
If as a tank, even if you know when to pop CDs and "kite" properly a big pack of mobs, it won't be enough if you didn't checked and asked your team mates before, especially if your healer is new to the game + wearing full I55-90... It's a simple logic result to wipe-hard with bad parameters.
For a matter of respect, even if you consider yourself as a good and well geared player, you have to carefuly examine and talk with your team mates before trying to do a speed run.
