Why would you figure that Gunner would be a DoM and not a DoW? It's not like Chemists in FFT were mages, or Alchemists in FFX-2, and that's what I'd assume the job is likely to be themed around. It's possible it'll be a DoW Healer and Dark will be a DoM Tank, just to check those boxes, but I kind of doubt it.
