    Once I knew it was fog/overcast -> heat it took 3 mooches to get it. But I believe the window is only open from 10:00-19:00 so if it's fog/overcast -> heat at an earlier or later time then I think it catch anyway? Is this wrong?

    411 gathering, but I think it only reduces the amount of get-aways and doesn't affect the chance of getting a bite as long as you're above the minimal requirements.
